Key Responsibilities:

Lead store teams to achieve outstanding sales performance, minimize losses, and create a visually distinctive store environment that exceeds customer expectations.

Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards, ensuring seamless communication between the visual merchandising team and store staff.

Collaborate with store management to build on business opportunities, achieve company objectives, and drive continuous improvement.

Build quality relationships with customers, creating a loyal customer base through personalized service and tailored solutions.

Conduct daily/weekly store walkthroughs, evaluating product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels to inform data-driven decision-making.

Communicate sales drivers and priorities to the Store Manager, developing actionable plans to enhance visual presentation and store operations.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring, ensuring diverse perspectives and backgrounds are represented within the team.

Develop bench strength for key positions, including possible successors, and participate in weekly management meetings to align on business objectives and strategies.

Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals, providing guidance on improvements and recognizing achievements.

Deliver exceptional customer journeys, achieving exemplary mystery shop results and driving loyalty through consistent, high-quality experiences.
