We are seeking a skilled Regional Director HRBP for EMEA Product to oversee product areas in Ireland, Iceland, and Israel.
As a key member of the global Product strategy team, you will provide strategic HR guidance to the Product team and build strong partnerships with senior leaders.
- Understand Product team operations and challenges, offering strategic HR guidance.
- Collaborate on HR strategies aligning local needs with global frameworks.
- Foster a high-performance work culture to drive engagement and productivity.
- Influence talent decisions through workforce planning and org design.
- Use HR metrics to measure program effectiveness and lead change initiatives.
- Work with HR CoE leaders to develop coordinated talent strategies.
- Mentor and develop HR Business Partners and team for a high-performance culture.
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of HR experience with leadership.
- Experience supporting Product and Engineering teams preferred.
- Manage multiple country areas and travel regularly.
- Deep experience in large-scale change and strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong communication, change management, and business acumen skills.
- Ability to inspire and influence company-wide transformation through HR initiatives.
- Experience working in Ireland and Israel is a key requirement.
