Regional Director HRBP EMEA

We are seeking a skilled Regional Director HRBP for EMEA Product to oversee product areas in Ireland, Iceland, and Israel.

As a key member of the global Product strategy team, you will provide strategic HR guidance to the Product team and build strong partnerships with senior leaders.

  • Understand Product team operations and challenges, offering strategic HR guidance.
  • Collaborate on HR strategies aligning local needs with global frameworks.
  • Foster a high-performance work culture to drive engagement and productivity.
  • Influence talent decisions through workforce planning and org design.
  • Use HR metrics to measure program effectiveness and lead change initiatives.
  • Work with HR CoE leaders to develop coordinated talent strategies.
  • Mentor and develop HR Business Partners and team for a high-performance culture.

Key Requirements:

  • 15+ years of HR experience with leadership.
  • Experience supporting Product and Engineering teams preferred.
  • Manage multiple country areas and travel regularly.
  • Deep experience in large-scale change and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Strong communication, change management, and business acumen skills.
  • Ability to inspire and influence company-wide transformation through HR initiatives.
  • Experience working in Ireland and Israel is a key requirement.
