Job Opportunity

The role of Workforce Management Leader is a key strategic position that requires the development and execution of effective workforce plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

This position involves collaborating with various departments to optimize human resources utilization, analyze current and future workforce needs, and implement talent management strategies.

  • Determine workforce requirements based on business forecasts, market trends, and operational needs.
  • Develop and execute plans to address talent gaps through recruitment, training, retention, or restructuring.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure workforce effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create staffing models and optimize resource allocation to meet workload demands while controlling costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in workforce management, strategic planning, or related roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of workforce planning methodologies and labour market trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in workforce management software and tools.
