Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our people strategy, supporting leaders, and driving engagement across all companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers to address people-related challenges and provide expert HR guidance.
  • Support case management, restructuring, succession planning, and change initiatives.
  • Deliver tailored HR solutions to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to influence and support positive outcomes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HR expertise, particularly in complex case management.
  • Coach leaders to enhance business efficiency and employee experience.
  • Drive engagement and evaluate workforce needs in line with business goals.
  • Provide HR system support and ensure accurate data management.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred, or proven experience in a similar HR Advisor role.
  • Experience supporting managers with people initiatives and change management.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident working independently and collaboratively.
