Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive operational excellence and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives. As a Business Excellence Manager, you will lead the implementation of strategic plans, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and Class A methodologies.

This pivotal leadership role is focused on embedding a culture of excellence across the organization. You will develop and implement site-wide business excellence roadmaps, driving cost and performance improvements through digital transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Hold a minimum NFQ Level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline.

Experience: A seasoned leader with 9+ years of experience in business excellence or related field.

Skills: Strategic planning, change management, cross-functional collaboration, and digital operational experience.

Background: Regulated environments – medical device, pharma, manufacturing.

Languages: English (required).
