Job Description

The Payroll Leader will oversee the payroll administration for Ireland and UK, ensuring compliance with international rules, regulations, and laws. This role will manage a team to provide excellent customer service and drive performance optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the payroll process, including preparation and submission of weekly/monthly payrolls.
  • Oversee the training and development of staff to acquire skills in payroll management.
  • Ensure high-quality service across sites in accordance with international rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Finance Teams for proper administration of payroll accounting and employee-related accruals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 10+ years of work experience required.
  • Previous HR or role-related experience required.
  • Fluent in English; an additional European language is an advantage.
  • 5+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred.
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience in multiple HR disciplines or client groups preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll, international rules, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills, effective decision-making, and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
