Job Title: Payroll Manager (Ireland)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced payroll manager to join our team in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, from data entry to payment processing.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations
  • Supervise cross-geo payroll team members and collaborate with HR and management
  • Perform final review of payroll to ensure all processes and audits are completed
  • Prepare monthly statistical reporting on employee pay and hours worked
  • Work with the team to resolve payroll errors and assist with employee queries

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field essential
  • 7+ years of payroll experience in managing Ireland payroll, including end-to-end payroll processing and reporting
  • Strong understanding and commitment to stay current on Ireland taxation policy and payroll related schemes
  • Proficiency in various payroll applications and databases
