EMEA Payroll Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to join our team in a contract role with potential for permanence. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure employment with our organization.

The Job

As the EMEA Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and managing multi-country payroll for the EMEA region. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including HR and finance teams, to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

  • Process and manage multi-country payroll for the EMEA region.
  • Coordinate all incoming payroll data in conjunction with our service model.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle all third-party remittances.
  • Manage employee records within our time and labor management system for accurate payment processing.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports (e.g., gross payroll, hours worked, tax deductions).
  • Respond to and resolve all employee inquiries, providing high-quality customer service.
  • Assist in year-end payroll balancing and reporting.
  • Ensure internal audit requests related to payroll are met.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing for a medium to large organization.
  • Technical skills in MS-Office, especially Excel, and SAP experience is required.
  • ADP Streamline experience is highly advantageous.

In addition to technical skills, we require strong analytical skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proven communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
