As a seasoned payroll professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries with varying complexities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process comprehensive payroll solutions from start to finish, encompassing employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across finance, HR, external partners, and banking institutions to facilitate effective communication and timely resolution of queries.

Key performance indicators will include accurate, complete, and timely payroll processing, as well as maintaining up-to-date company records in adherence to data protection standards.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee benefit registrations, vacation accruals, and payout processes.
  • Prepare and submit essential reports on a monthly, quarterly, and year-end basis.
  • Assist with year-end balancing, filing, and third-party remittances.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in addressing employee and manager inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR project teams during payroll service transitions.
  • Verify employment, mortgage, and wage details for employees as required.

Qualifications: A minimum of 12 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing, including year-end balancing, remittances, and summaries for medium to large organizations. Proficiency in MS-Office, SAP, and ADP Streamline is highly desirable.
