Job Description
Trend Micro is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for the completion of monthly European payroll, working with the Payroll team lead and coordinator to support all aspects of the payroll process.

The role involves collation of payroll data from internal sources, communication with external payroll providers, accurate payroll processing, validation of monthly payroll payments, and provision of accounting information to the Europe General Ledger teams.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate payment of taxes and social security, managing queries, working with external providers on ad-hoc payroll activity, and maintaining cashflow schedules for Finance.

This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months, requiring strong Microsoft Office experience, numerical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and good time management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in a career within Payroll, particularly Europe Payroll, and be capable of working independently and as part of a team. Experience of operating Payroll processes in a Shared Services Centre or multi-country/multi-currency corporate environment is advantageous.
