HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially-minded professional to join our senior team as an HR Business Partner.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives, driving organisational growth and success.
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape organisational design, workforce planning, and succession management, ensuring a forward-thinking approach.
  • Provide expert advice on people strategy, culture, and organisational change, leveraging HR best practice and Irish employment law.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and develop top talent, fostering a values-driven culture.
  • Drive performance management processes, ensuring a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, with a focus on employee wellbeing and inclusion.
  • Design and oversee leadership and management training programmes, equipping employees with the skills needed to succeed.
  • Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion across all sites, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for staff and management on HR matters, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Oversee HR policies, ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and GDPR, with a focus on operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 8 qualification in HRM, Business, or related field (CIPD membership desirable).
  • At least 5 years HR experience, including at senior advisor or business partner level, with demonstrated expertise in HR systems and payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice, with proven ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with senior leaders.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a full clean driver's licence and flexibility to work across multiple sites.
