Job Overview:

As a Senior Recruitment Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams, to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing, leveraging insights to inform strategy and drive results.
  • Measure and analyze recruitment metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Team Leader with a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of complex recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner with senior business leaders and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex recruitment challenges and develop effective solutions.
