Job Description

As a Temporary Recruitment Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top talent across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with senior leadership teams, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to source, screen, and recruit exceptional candidates for engineering roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels
  • Candidate Management: Efficiently manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate screening
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to understand staffing needs and provide expert recruitment advice
  • Portfolio Management: Effectively manage a portfolio of openings, focusing on the hiring needs for critical infrastructure projects

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience
  • Desirable experience in one of our fields (e.g. Engineering, Manufacturing, or Craft)
  • Agency recruitment experience is preferred
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Experience managing the full 360-degree recruitment process is desirable

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated success in managing a high volume of requisitions within a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong technical expertise in direct sourcing techniques and experience utilizing ATS
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A strong understanding of compensation guidelines, legal implications in hiring, and relocation and immigration processes
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Full Irish driving license
