Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and engaging automation professionals to fulfill project requirements
- Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of automation resources through the use of applicant tracking systems
- Owning the candidate onboarding process from initial technical screening to resource management ahead of starting their new role
- Building close relationships with placed resources and providing in-depth information about job opportunities and company projects
- 3-5 years' experience in recruitment with a track record and network in automation, computer system validation or manufacturing execution systems
- Previous experience recruiting within pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Team player with a strong collaborative mindset
