We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Cork. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for engaging and recruiting top talent across Europe.
You will individually manage a portfolio of openings, focusing on exceeding client expectations and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a high volume of requisitions within a rapidly changing culture
- Applying strong technical expertise in implementing solutions to find top talent
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR colleagues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of progressively responsible Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience
- Biotech or pharmaceutical experience highly desired
- In-house recruitment experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing full 360 degree recruitment process for R&D and Commercial roles
