Job Opportunity: HR Generalist for Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of HR Generalist, specializing in talent acquisition. This position will be based at our industrial plant in Cork, Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning interview processes, reviewing current recruitment practices, and embedding these within our Human Resources (HR) system. Additionally, they will oversee the alignment of contracts with external recruitment agencies, onboarding new employees, training needs mapping, and supporting line management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Interview process framework alignment
