Senior Finance Leadership Opportunity

This is a key leadership position within the Finance function, responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and direction to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement financial plans and strategies
  2. Lead and manage finance teams, driving performance and productivity
  3. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
  4. Oversee financial accounting and compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  5. Deliver key finance projects and initiatives, driving process improvements and cost savings
About You:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with 8+ years' post-qualification experience
  • Proven track record of managing finance teams and working at a senior level
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Highly proficient in IT systems, with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Collaborative team player, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive results
