Senior Quality Engineering Professional

As a Quality Engineering leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality methodologies, systems, and practices that meet regulatory requirements. Your leadership skills will help drive continuous quality improvement and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Quality Engineers to provide direction, coaching, and mentoring on daily work priorities and sequence of activities.
- Ensure the team operates within established parameters and provides sufficient cover during shutdown periods.
- Mentor technical guidance in identifying and resolving quality issues using six sigma, lean, and related tools.
- Develop and maintain metrics to drive continuous quality improvement and efficiency.
- Investigate and implement best-in-class Quality Engineering practices.
- Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies to identify, prioritize, communicate, and resolve quality issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical, communication, and project management background, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex quality issues. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of related work experience in a Quality Engineering role.
