Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Job Opportunity

As a Clinical Nurse Manager 2, you will play a pivotal role in co-ordinating and managing activity and resources within the clinical area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring patient safety, quality of care, and safe staffing levels whilst working as part of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Providing effective nursing leadership, staff development, resource management, facilitating communication, and professional/clinical and ethical leadership.
  • Supporting the philosophy and mission statement of the hospital.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • RCN/RGN with 5 years acute Paediatric experience relevant to speciality.
  • Level 9 course relevant to speciality or willingness to commence same in the next 2 years.
  • Management experience.
  • Teaching, supervision, and management experience.
  • Experience of working with a multidisciplinary team.
  • IV cannulation/phlebotomy skills, or willingness to undertake course within 1 year.
