We are a leading provider of asset servicing and investment management solutions, with a presence in Limerick, Ireland. As a Senior Custody Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and developing client relationships both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the custody relationship for assigned clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with critical business partners, internal clients, and relevant third parties to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking service and delivery results against project plans and Service Level Delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintaining a proactive approach to service delivery, monitoring performance through client reviews, internal/external surveys, specific client feedback, and consultant feedback.
  • Escalating service and delivery issues/opportunities to Relationship Managers, Client Service Managers, and Internal Stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional, unparalleled service to clients, promoting the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and client service across EMEA and the global business.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within fund services (preferably custody), with a comprehensive understanding of the securities industry, its products, and instruments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to persuade and influence change/best practice, with strong communication skills to interact with partners and clients at all levels.
  • Able to foster an inclusive environment within the team, promote a culture of collaboration, and contribute to the development of client strategy, products, and industry initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and share knowledge, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
