Job Overview

The Staff Grade Psychologist role involves delivering high-quality psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions to support the recovery of adults with mental health difficulties.

This position is part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) that works together to enhance wellbeing, reduce the impact of mental health issues, and promote service user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using clinical interviews, psychometric testing, and structured observations.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision to maintain expertise and stay updated on best practices.
