
Mental Health Therapist

The Staff Grade Psychologist role involves delivering high-quality psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions to support the recovery of adults with mental health difficulties.
This position is part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) that works together to enhance wellbeing, reduce the impact of mental health issues, and promote service user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using clinical interviews, psychometric testing, and structured observations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT-informed approaches, ACT, schema therapy, and psychoeducation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safe and effective clinical practice, while maintaining high standards of documentation.
- Participate in service evaluation, audit, and quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision to maintain expertise and stay updated on best practices.
Requirements:
