Job Opportunity

This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing third-party and outsourcing activities in Europe. As the successful candidate, you'll be responsible for managing risk, ensuring compliance, and fostering strategic partnerships.

  • Risk Management: Develop and maintain our outsourcing and third-party risk management framework to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Vendor Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of outsourcing arrangements, including due diligence, contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and contract termination processes.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party service providers, driving commercial value through strategic negotiations and strong partnerships.
  • Register Maintenance: Manage the outsourcing register and maintain a meticulous record of all intra-group and external third-party arrangements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Legal, Risk& Compliance, and Group teams to establish and maintain robust controls and contractual protections.

To excel in this role, you'll need significant experience in outsourcing, vendor management, risk management, or compliance, preferably within a regulated industry. You'll also require strong knowledge of outsourcing regulations, third-party risk management frameworks, and regulatory expectations.
