Project Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead our construction projects in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or trade qualifications, with at least 10 years of experience working on RC frame apartment projects or large commercial projects.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Overall responsibility for the project, ensuring its timely and cost-effective delivery within quality standards.
    • Leading site teams, supported by visiting contracts managers.
    • Managing relationships with design teams and specialist subcontractors.
Requirements
  • Degree/diploma in civil engineering or trade qualifications.
