Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain and repair fully automated warehousing systems at customer sites.
  • Provide exceptional support through responsive communication and on-site assistance.
  • Effectively troubleshoot issues in corrective maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with office teams and other staff members to achieve shared goals.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance at customer sites to prevent downtime.

As a hands-on professional with heavy industrial equipment, you will require strong knowledge of electrical and electronic instrumentation, equipment and processes. Other duties may be assigned by management that align with your skills and expertise.

Person Specification:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in electrical and mechanical field service; relevant experience as a technician/engineer essential.
  • Qualification via training, diploma or degree in a relevant field; a degree in electronic/electro-mechanical engineering preferred.
  • Proficiency in IT, networking and PC-based diagnostics and repair advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently at customer sites.
  • Basic computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong focus on safety with excellent attention to detail.
  • Technically skilled problem solver with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English required.
  • Full clean driving license essential.
