Drive Business Forward as a Sales Growth Specialist

The role of a Sales Growth Specialist is pivotal in driving revenue expansion and augmenting the customer base. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with clients, and developing strategic sales approaches.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate new sales leads.
  • Nurture existing customer relationships to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targeted growth.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly targets for new recurring maintenance, service, and monitoring contracts.
  • Manage forecasting and provide accurate insights into sales performance.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline activity and CRM metrics to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a network of potential customer contracts and ensure all information is recorded on CRM systems.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored sales approaches to showcase company offerings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a successful sales role within the security and/or fire systems industry.
  • Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
  • Fully licensed driver.
