Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Services Professional. As part of this dynamic role, you will provide expert financial advice to clients, focusing on retirement planning, investments, and insurance solutions. This position requires strong business development skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a client pipeline through relationship management and lead generation.
  • Conduct detailed financial reviews and offer tailored advice to clients.
  • Regularly interact with internal and external networks to enhance business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) qualification is essential; additional qualifications like RPA or CFP are desirable.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years' sales experience in the life and pensions industry, preferably within a broker environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
