This strategic position will focus on compensation and benefits, job evaluation, and creating a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programmes to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct job evaluations using the Willis Towers Watson methodology to maintain job levels and career frameworks.
- Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions and ensure alignment with organisational strategy and market benchmarks.
- Provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits matters and support managers with people-related decisions.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR role with a strong focus on compensation and benefits in a fast-paced environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of Irish employment law is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
