Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be calm, polite and professional while maintaining confidentiality. They will have a kind and caring nature, be a reliable and trustworthy individual who is committed to providing quality care.

This role requires satisfactory Garda Vetting and adherence to strict confidentiality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management
  • Support family carers and promote independence
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in healthcare or related field
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate: €14.70
  • Hourly rates for Sundays and Bank Holidays available
  • Mileage/travel time paid at 30c per kilometre
