Urology Specialist Needed for Full Time CNS Role

Clinical Nurse Specialists are essential in providing high-quality patient care, particularly in areas like urology. We seek a highly skilled professional to join our team as a full-time Clinical Nurse Specialist in Urology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialist nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for patients with urological conditions.
  • Act as a keyworker for patients, offering continuity and coordination throughout their treatment journey.
  • Attend and contribute to urology outpatient clinics, including PSA clinics and diagnostic consultations.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) to ensure seamless patient pathways and timely interventions.


Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Diploma/Degree in Nursing
  • Full registration with the NMBI (NMBI Pin)
  • Full rights to work in Ireland without sponsorship
  • Post-graduate course in Urology
  • At least 3.5 years post-graduate experience in an acute hospital setting
  • Current or recent experience working in urology
