Compassionate Home Care Professionals Wanted

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate home care professionals to join our team of dedicated caregivers. As a home care worker, you will be embedded in homes all over Ireland, providing quality respite, emergency respite, and home care services to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities, frail older people, those with palliative care needs, or those living with chronic illnesses or addiction.

Our focus is on delivering a person-centred, tailored, and quality home care service that responds to the changing needs of our service users with comprehensive supports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Calming, polite, and professional demeanor
  • Kind and caring nature
  • Reliable and trustworthy individual committed to delivering exceptional care

Preferred Qualifications:

  • QQI Level 5 Care Skills
  • QQI Level 5 Care of the Older Person
  • QQI Level 5 Full Healthcare Award including above modules

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: €14.70
  • Half-hour and premium rates for Sundays and Bank Holidays
  • Mileage/Travel Time: 30c per kilometre + fortnightly travel time payment
