Project Leadership Role

A seasoned project manager is required to oversee a significant capital project at a client site. The selected candidate will provide leadership and direction to the AVI project, ensuring successful delivery within specified timelines, budgets, and scope.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead an individual major capital project at a client site.
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the AVI project.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration among SMEs, functional leaders, and other stakeholders.

Deliverables and Performance Metrics:
• Achieve project milestones within predetermined deadlines.• Effectively manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization.• Identify and onboard necessary resources to support project execution.• Implement global standards of project management across the project.


Requirements:
  • No less than 10-15 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record in installing equipment in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Successful history of managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding €5M and complex delivery schedules.
