We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Excellence Manager to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can drive supply chain excellence and play a key role in shaping future operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the monthly S&OP demand planning and forecasting process to enable effective factory scheduling while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with operations and production to ensure demand plan fulfillment aligns with factory capacity.
  • Drive robust order management and customer fulfillment processes.
  • Manage production planning and scheduling for the solutions factory to meet demand and maintain regional finished goods targets.
  • Partner with logistics and 3PLs to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedules.
  • Optimize production capacity and labor utilization, reducing inefficiencies and changeovers.

You will be responsible for establishing forecast accuracy metrics and partnering with regional and commercial teams to continually improve.

The ideal candidate will have strong planning and scheduling experience, preferably from FMCG or Manufacturing, and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
