**Job Title:** Logistics Manager

Job Description:

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire logistics cycle - from packaging to delivery. Your responsibility will be to ensure that orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time. This requires strong leadership skills to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with dispatch operations, delivery partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Your experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management will be essential in implementing best practices to optimize efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience managing local couriers, with expertise in contract negotiations. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with delivery partners and suppliers are also required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with delivery partners and suppliers.
  • Experience managing budgets and cost control within logistics.
  • Leadership experience - ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

A commercially aware individual with a focus on customer experience. You will be able to resolve issues quickly and effectively, while being comfortable using warehouse/dispatch software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office/Excel.
