Job Title: Person In Charge

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support services for adults with intellectual disabilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dedicated team to ensure excellence in care and support, adhering to HIQA regulations.
  • Provide person-centred care that meets HIQA standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working with children/adults with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting.
  • Social care worker (CORU Registered) or Nursing qualification (NMBI registration/PIN required).
  • Proven management skills, with at least 3 years' experience at management level and a relevant management qualification (Fetac/QQI level 6 or equivalent).
  • Able to lead a staff team effectively.
  • Experience managing residential budgets.
  • In-depth knowledge of HIQA regulations.
  • Desirable: Experience working with adults with behaviours that challenge.
