Job Title: Community Care Leader

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to provide direct care services to young people under the age of 12.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for these young individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to meet the needs of young people through effective communication and support.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement tailored plans to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess relevant qualifications in Social Care (minimum level 7) and have prior experience working in similar settings.

  • Relevant qualification in Social Care (minimum level 7)
  • Prior work experience in a similar setting is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within Social Care in Children's Residential Services
  • Minimum 6 months working in the social care sector (placement experience considered)
  • Full Clean Driver's License preferred
  • Knowledge of HIQA standards

This role requires flexibility to work across all shifts – days, nights, evenings, weekends.
