About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for experienced Social Care Workers and Leaders to deliver high-quality care to children and young people. As a Social Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing a therapeutic environment, promoting positive relationships, and engaging with young people in their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic, trauma-informed care
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people
- Contribute to household activities, administration, and teamwork
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full manual driving license
- At least 6 months' experience in Social Care (placement experience accepted)
- Registration in the Social Care Workers Register maintained by CORU or hold a CORU-approved qualification and have applied for registration

Additional InformationThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with young people in a residential setting for Social Care Leader positions.
