We are seeking a seasoned social care professional to assume the role of Social Care Manager at our residential care facility in Limerick. Our organization offers comprehensive support services for young people and their families, encompassing residential and aftercare programs.
As a successful candidate, you will work collaboratively with your team to create and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for the young people in our care. Your role will involve overseeing a team of dedicated professionals and contributing to the development of policies and procedures that prioritize the needs of our residents.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience working in young person residential services is required.
- You must hold a minimum Level 7 qualification (degree) in Social Care or a relevant field, accompanied by a management qualification.
- Alternatively, a minimum Level 8 qualification in Social Care is acceptable.
- A valid driving license is essential.
