Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Premiums Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for analysing and processing partner data in an accurate and timely manner.
This is a 12 week fixed term contract opportunity to work closely with our partners and operations teams in Europe and Latin America. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all SLAs are met and that our end customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and process partner data, including file reconciliation and investigation of discrepancies.
- Manage monthly workflow and priorities to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Work with local teams to ensure that all relevant data is received from clients within agreed timelines.
- Present regular updates to stakeholders and participate in reporting obligations.
- Play an integral role in formulating and delivering resolutions to support issues and take preventative steps to avoid recurrence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Solutions orientated approach to problem solving with ability to analyse complex data issues.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
- Ability to work well with others and independently.
- Self-motivated with ability to work well under pressure on multiple priorities.
