Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Designing and implementing robust mobile architectures, leveraging technologies such as Java, Kotlin, and Swift.
  • Driving the adoption of cutting-edge mobile development frameworks like React Native and Flutter.
  • Creating exceptional customer experiences through mobile channels, ensuring seamless interactions and intuitive interfaces.
  • Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, providing strategic guidance, and advocating for commercial objectives.
  • Implementing Agile methodologies, version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing to drive rapid innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in delivering complex mobile projects with proven results.
  • Expertise in mobile development, architecture, and design patterns, security best practices, encryption, and data protection.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn from others and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
