Senior Architectural Technologist Job Opportunity

Take the lead on large-scale projects across Ireland in a leading architecture practice

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to work on high-profile developments while enjoying real flexibility and work-life balance.

Our client works across a wide variety of sectors, including residential, healthcare, workplace, education, interiors, and urban design. They're seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their established team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Produce technically robust architectural deliverables (drawings, specifications, schedules) using Revit software
  • Coordinate layouts and develop full tender and construction documentation for medium to large-scale projects
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Contribute to cost management and ensure technical decisions align with project objectives
  • Attend site visits and provide construction and technical support
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and quality assurance procedures
  • Identify opportunities to optimise design, improve efficiencies and enhance profitability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in architectural technology with a focus on large-scale project delivery
  • Highly proficient in Revit software, with experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Skilled in NBS Chorus specification writing
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes, Irish Building Codes, and Planning Regulations
  • Demonstrated experience in producing detailed designs and full technical documentation
  • Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
  • Full eligibility to work in Ireland and a valid driving license.
