About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to lead significant scale projects nationwide.

  • This position requires an individual with 8+ years' experience running their own projects and proficient in Revit.
  • Middle to large-scale residential, commercial, and industrial project experience is advantageous.
  • The successful candidate will coordinate projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, initiative-taking, problem-solving, and design principles understanding skills are required.
  • The role involves presentations, site visits, client meetings, subcontractor meetings, and other meetings.
  • Providing advice, technical direction, and on-the-job training to staff is also key.
  • Ongoing support from an experienced team is available.

Requirements for Success

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should hold a degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.

Previous experience leading projects from conception through to completion, preferably in Irish or UK markets, is beneficial.

Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
