Seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead projects from start to finish with a focus on timely delivery, cost management, and client satisfaction.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing large-scale projects valued between €20M - €100M. They will be responsible for ensuring that sound project management practices are implemented, and that projects are completed successfully while meeting the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans and schedules
  • Providing visible leadership and guiding team members
  • Chairing progress meetings and following through with planned actions
  • Liaising with design teams, project teams, and subcontractors
  • Coordinating project activities in accordance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Contracts Manager position within the construction industry
  • Third-level qualification in construction management or civil engineering
  • Excellent delegation and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of quality and safety management systems
