Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage projects that meet high standards.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead projects with confidence, ensuring compliance with contracts and governance. They will maintain the highest quality standards and integrity throughout each project, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop detailed project plans for clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring smooth progress from design to construction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Relevant Third Level Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
