Security Operations Manager

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Security Operations Manager to lead our on-site security operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising security officers, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and assets, and providing an effective first response to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of security officers to ensure all duties and patrols are completed to standard.
  • Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in line with site procedures.
  • Manage CCTV, access control, key management, and reporting systems to maintain site security.
  • Prepare and maintain rosters, training plans, compliance records, and incident reports to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and safety checks across the site to identify areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For:
  • A valid license to work in this role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong written and spoken English abilities.
  • Prior supervisory experience in a security role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage documentation and reports.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices, fire detection systems, and emergency procedures to ensure site safety.
  • A First Aid & AED qualification or willingness to obtain one to provide medical assistance when needed.
