Senior Tax Leader

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned tax professional with experience in private client services, driving strategic direction and shaping the firm's offering.
- Lead a portfolio of high-profile clients requiring timely and accurate delivery of complex tax advisory services.
- Develop innovative tax planning strategies for individuals, families, and business owners with international matters.
- Promote the firm's private client proposition, contribute to practice growth, and enhance services.
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-border assignments.
- Support commercial development initiatives and participate in business development activities.
As a Senior Tax Leader, you will mentor junior professionals, attract and retain top talent, and assist in operational management of the tax department.
Requirements:
- Chartered Tax Adviser (ITI) and/or Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) qualification.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in tax leadership roles, preferably in private client services.
- Strong business acumen and relationship management skills.
- Tech-savvy with proven ability to deliver clear, practical tax advice.
- Effective communicator and collaborative team player with leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
