We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Director of Process Optimization.

Job Summary:

The Director of Process Optimization will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of process automation strategies across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and direction to the process automation team, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve process efficiency, quality, and safety.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and learning from failures.

- Build strong relationships with key customers and vendors to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics, Instrumentation, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or relevant field.

- Proven experience in process automation, preferably in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of Lean principles and ability to apply them to drive business outcomes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive complex projects forward.
