Sales and Marketing Director

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead all aspects of our sales, marketing, and events function. As a key member of our senior operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to increase revenue and drive market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to target growth across corporate, direct bookings, leisure, and PR markets.
  • Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue expectations.
  • Collaborate with the revenue team to optimize pricing and inventory management.
  • Oversee the execution of digital and offline marketing efforts, including website optimization, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including hotels, travel agencies, and industry partners.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a sales or marketing leadership role within the hotel sector.
  • Strong digital skills, including website, booking engine, paid social, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with GDS, RFP processes, and revenue strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
