Drive Growth as a Commercial Sales and Marketing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our commercial efforts, driving growth across all market segments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results in sales, marketing, and events. They will be responsible for executing the commercial plan, managing new business development, account retention, and sales activity. Additionally, they will oversee the execution of digital and offline marketing efforts, including website optimization, social media campaigns, and e-zines.

About the Role:
  • Lead all aspects of the Sales, Marketing & Events function.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, presentations, and KPIs.
  • Oversee execution of the commercial plan, targeting growth across corporate, GDS, direct bookings, leisure, C&B, F&B, and PR.
  • Proactively manage new business development, account retention, and sales activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role within the hotel sector.
  • Strong digital skills: website, booking engine (Avvio), paid social, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with GDS, RFP processes, and revenue strategy.
  • Advantageous: Opera and Sales & Catering system knowledge.
