**Job Title:** Product Marketing Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Product Marketing Engineer. As a key member of our commercial activities, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, market share, and other key performance indicators.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to the development of segment strategies and influence product and system solution definitions and roadmaps.
  • Engage with customers and ecosystem partners to build world-class relationships and drive pipeline growth.
  • Identify system and ecosystem pain points that lead to commercial challenges for our customers and investigate new streams of revenue and business models.
  • Drive revenue, gross margin, market share, and other KPIs as determined.
  • Work closely with sales teams to maximize ADI content in customers' systems.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for our business.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelors' degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • 8+ years' industry experience in an engineering role, with 2+ years' experience in a strategic and/or product marketing role in the semiconductor or energy industry.
  • Experience with articulating and presenting concepts to customers and uncovering their needs.
  • Demonstrated team player with excellent communication skills.
  • A confident speaker who respectfully speaks their mind and has the courage of their convictions to see things through.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet schedules.
  • Self-motivated, thorough, and driven to continually improve.
  • Demonstrates a self-starter mindset to drive the business.

**Additional Requirements:**

  • Experience working in the Energy industry.
  • Experience with Batteries and Energy Storage Systems in either a technical or commercial role.
  • Experience with software and software business models.
  • A master's degree in business.

**Key Qualifications:
