We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role in our team. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HVAC systems.

Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to lead the design and implementation of high-value projects in the pharma/biopharma sector. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Develop innovative design solutions for new projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical and safety reviews, providing expert guidance on HVAC system design and implementation.
  • Project Management: Oversee the project life cycle, including resource planning, progress measurement, and budget management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, minimum Level 8 Chartered Engineer.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in HVAC design, with significant experience in industrial facility systems design.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Good commercial and business development awareness, with a keen understanding of project execution and engineering consultancy.
  • Familiarity with cGMP cleanroom regulations and standards such as ISO 14644, ISO 14698, and EudraLex Vol 4.
